2. Applicability
2.1. These terms and conditions apply to all agreements, offers, and services provided by SealStamp, including the sale of physical and digital products via NFC chips on a subscription basis.
2.2. By purchasing or subscribing to our services, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
3. Products and Services
3.1. SealStamp offers a combination of physical products (NFC chips) and digital contracts.
3.2. The subscription is valid for one year from the date of purchase and will automatically renew unless canceled by the customer at least 30 days before the renewal date.
3.3. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the NFC chip is used in accordance with the instructions provided. SealStamp is not responsible for any damage or misuse of the NFC chips.
4. Liability
4.1. SealStamp is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
4.2. SealStamp is not responsible for any damage or loss resulting from unauthorized access to or use of the digital contracts.
4.3. The customer acknowledges that the use of NFC technology may be subject to technical limitations and risks. SealStamp is not liable for any interruptions, delays, or errors in the transmission of data.
5. Privacy and Data Protection
5.1. SealStamp complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and European data protection laws.
5.2. Personal data collected during the subscription process will only be used for the purpose of fulfilling the agreement and will not be shared with third parties without the customer’s explicit consent.
5.3. Customers have the right to access, rectify, or delete their personal data. Requests can be made via the contact information provided above.
6. Payment and Pricing
6.1. All prices are inclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
6.2. Payment is due upon subscription and can be made via the payment methods specified on our website.
6.3. SealStamp reserves the right to adjust prices annually. Customers will be notified of any price changes at least 60 days before the renewal date.
7. Cancellation and Termination
7.1. Customers may cancel their subscription by providing written notice at least 30 days before the renewal date.
7.2. SealStamp reserves the right to terminate the subscription without notice in cases of misuse, fraud, or breach of these terms and conditions.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
8.1. These terms and conditions are governed by European law.
8.2. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the Netherlands.
